Published package prices, timelines and the on-site fee calculator are planning estimates. Government, bank, regulator, third-party and forex amounts can change. Final fees, VAT, WHT and scope are confirmed only in a Zatra proposal or invoice.
3. Inquiries
Submitting a form, email or WhatsApp message requests a commercial conversation. Zatra may decline matters that conflict with professional standards, sanctions screening, capacity or risk appetite.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, branding and materials belong to Zatra Consultants Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Links to Google, WhatsApp, banks, regulators or other sites are provided for convenience. Zatra is not responsible for third-party content or policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zatra is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone, temporary site unavailability, or actions you take before a signed engagement and complete document review.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Courts in Dar es Salaam have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
